The Kind Worth Killing – Peter Swanson ✶✶✶✶

the kind worth killing

When Ted Severson’s flight becomes delayed he meets Lilly the mysterious stranger in an airport bar. After too many martinis he confesses his darkest secrets to Lilly about his wife’s infidelity and how he wishes she was dead. But what he does not expect is Lilly offering to help him carry out just that task… Do you dare to find out what happens? You will not be disappointed.

I had heard A LOT about this story so decided to dive in and see what all the hype was about. The Kind Worth Killing is easy to read and a very fast paced story that you will all enjoy. I awarded this book four stars as don’t get me wrong it is a brilliantly clever written story with plenty of twists and turns for the reader to endure. However, I personally did not understand what all the hype was about… I have to admit that the final chapter in this book has to be the best chapter ever where everything is revealed, but it does end on a bit of a cliffhanger (GRR,), which made me want MORE (and I did not expect the ending outcome). This is the perfect story for readers who enjoy a great mystery, thriller, suspense, crime, contemporary, bestseller and would make the perfect story to discuss if you are part of a book club. This is a long story (415 pages) but if you find yourself enjoying it you will find yourself racing through it, worth the time reading this story.
Enjoy, I did.
